Role Description This full-time Sales Employee role is a hybrid position based in Kozhikode, with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves engaging with customers in-store and online, understanding their skincare needs, and recommending suitable OURAE HEALTH AND BEAUTY products. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, providing product demonstrations, processing sales, and maintaining accurate records in sales systems.

The Sales

Employee will assist in merchandising, inventory checks, and coordinating with the team on promotional activities and customer follow-up.



Collaboration with marketing and customer service to support campaigns and ensure a positive customer experience is also part of the role.

Qualifications

- Experience in retail or direct sales, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, or wellness products
- Strong customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication
- Basic knowledge of skincare concepts or willingness to learn product details and underlying science
- Comfort with using point-of-sale systems, online communication tools, and simple reporting software
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, managing time and responsibilities both on-site and from home
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for handling inventory and sales documentation
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to coordinate with marketing and operations teams
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or life sciences is an advantage
- Prior experience in Kozhikode or familiarity with the local market is beneficial
