Himruta Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and driven Head of Sales & Marketing to build and lead our distribution network across Bihar.

This is a market-building role for someone who can take ownership of creating a strong distributor, retailer and sales network from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and expand distributor & retailer network
- Develop sales strategy and territory plans
- Drive primary & secondary sales
- Build and manage the sales team
- Establish market presence and retail penetration
- Develop distributor relationships and market partnerships
- Plan marketing, branding & promotional activities
- Track competitors, pricing and market opportunities

Ideal Candidate:





5+ years of experience in FMCG / Beverages / Packaged Drinking Water , with robust knowledge of distribution-driven businesses and preferably the Bihar market.

We are looking for a hands-on leader with strong market connections, execution ability and an entrepreneurial mindset.
