About the Role

Join a growing team focused on connecting healthcare practices with software solutions that improve how they run their business. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients — starting conversations, understanding their needs, and setting up conversations with our specialists.

What You'll Do

- Reach out daily to practice owners and office managers through calls, emails, and social messaging

- Have genuine conversations to understand if our solution is a good fit

- Coordinate meetings between interested prospects and our specialist team

- Maintain accurate records of all outreach and conversations in our CRM system

- Work closely with your team to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent client experience

What You'll Need

- 2+ years in a client-facing, outreach, or business development role

- Prior experience with software or technology-based products

- Comfort working with clients based in the US or EMEA regions

- Robust verbal communication and a collaborative mindset

- Comfortable using CRM tools to track ongoing conversations

Nice to Have

- Background in healthcare, dental, or practice-management technology





- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar platforms
