- To convert the calls to current business leads
- To inform potential clients of the company s products and services.
- A good knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of the following:- - Microsoft Office and associated systems, including CRM - Social Networking (LinkedIn)
- Cold-call and email prospects to qualify the lead; identify decision-makers to begin the sales process
