What You'll Do (Your Mission!) Sales:
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
- Meet prospective clients and promote advertising solutions.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales records.
Monitoring
- Visit assigned media sites regularly for inspection and monitoring.
- Capture and upload site photographs through company software.
- Monitor site condition, branding quality, and illumination status.
- Report maintenance requirements and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate site monitoring records and reports.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in client interactions and field work.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
- Experience: 1–3 years in Sales, Marketing, or Field Operations (Freshers may also apply).
Additional Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Must have a personal laptop and smartphone.
