Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Counsellor role based in Gurugram.

The Sales

Counsellor will welcome and guide clients through available aesthetic and wellness services, understand their needs, and recommend suitable treatments in a clear and qualified manner. The role involves managing consultations, explaining procedures and packages, addressing client queries, and supporting a positive client journey from first contact through post-treatment follow-up. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records,



coordinating with medical and administrative staff, supporting promotional activities, and contributing to sales targets while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Satisfaction skills to convert inquiries into bookings while focusing on client experience and retention.
- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage appointments, documentation, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Relevant experience in clinic, spa, wellness, hospitality, or healthcare environments is beneficial.
- Comfort in explaining technical or medical concepts in simple language and handling sensitive client conversations is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and appointment/CRM software is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree or equivalent; formal training in sales, hospitality, or healthcare services is a plus.
