Role Description The Sales Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore.

The Sales

Coordinator supports the sales team by managing daily order processing, preparing quotations, maintaining customer records, and coordinating delivery schedules. This role involves regular communication with customers to handle inquiries, provide product information, and follow up on pending orders and payments.

The Sales

Coordinator collaborates with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory updates, timely dispatch of goods, and smooth execution of sales operations. The role also includes generating basic sales reports, assisting with documentation,



and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention through organized and proactive support.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage orders, documentation, and internal processes efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Service skills to support customer inquiries, build relationships, and assist in meeting sales targets.
- Candidates should possess clear and qualified Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Candidates should possess basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, spreadsheets) and the ability to learn internal software or ERP tools.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Relevant experience in sales support, coordination, or a similar role in industrial or distribution businesses is an advantage.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred, but candidates with equivalent experience are also encouraged to apply.
