SALES COORDINATOR ELECTRICAL INDUSTRY

About the Role

We are looking for an Experienced Sales Coordinator from the Electrical Industry who has good knowledge of Electrical Products and Sales.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, quotations, sales follow-ups, order coordination and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Mandatory Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering – Mandatory
- Electrical / Electrical & Electronics background – Mandatory
- 2–5 years of experience in Electrical Sales / Sales Coordination
- Good practical knowledge of Electrical Products and their applications
- Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory
- Candidate should be confident in communicating with customers through Phone, Email and WhatsApp
- Strong sales follow-up and customer handling skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Email

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer sales enquiries and understand their requirements.
- Prepare and send quotations and offers.
- Follow up with customers for quotations, negotiations and order confirmation.
- Explain electrical products and their specifications to customers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchase, Stores, Dispatch and Accounts teams.
- Maintain enquiry, quotation and order records.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
- Follow up for pending payments with customers.




- Maintain regular communication with existing customers for repeat business.
- Prepare basic sales and follow-up reports.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.

Required Skills

Electrical Knowledge

- Good understanding of electrical products, components and specifications.
- Ability to understand customer technical requirements.
- Experience with industrial/electrical products will be preferred.

Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in the sales of:

Electrical Panels | Switchgear | Capacitors | Electrical Components | Industrial Electrical Products | Automation Products | Power Products will be strongly preferred.

Important Note

Candidates without an Electrical educational background (ITI/Diploma/Degree) will NOT be considered.

Candidates with only general Sales Coordinator / Telecalling / Non-Electrical Sales experience are not suitable for this position.

Ideal Candidate An Electrical ITI/Diploma holder with 2–5 years of Electrical Sales experience, valuable knowledge of electrical products, strong customer follow-up skills and excellent English communication.
