Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in Surat, focused on PET flakes sales.

The Sales

Coordinator will support the sales team by managing order processing, maintaining accurate sales records, preparing quotations, and coordinating with production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely deliveries and invoicing. The role involves daily interaction with customers to handle inquiries, provide product information,



follow up on orders and payments, and maintain strong, service-oriented relationships.

The Sales

Coordinator will track sales performance, update CRM or internal systems, assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts, and help organize meetings and documentation for key accounts. The position also includes coordinating internal communication, addressing operational issues promptly, and supporting continuous improvement in sales processes for PET flakes and related products.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage orders, documentation, and cross-functional alignment.
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to build relationships, handle inquiries, and support revenue growth.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, with positive organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Experience in plastics, recycling, chemicals, or manufacturing sales is an advantage.
- Comfort with using ERP/CRM systems, spreadsheets, and standard office software for reporting and data management.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
