CONSAM Telecom Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced LID Business Development Officer (Technical Sales) to expand its Internet Distribution Business by appointing Local Internet Distributors (LIDs) at different locations.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential LIDs, explaining the business model, investment requirements, earning opportunities, and benefits of becoming a LID, and convincing suitable candidates to join our network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential Local Internet Distributors (LIDs) in different locations.
- Explain the CONSAM Telecom Internet Distribution Business Model and opportunities to prospective LIDs.
- Convince and onboard suitable LIDs by clearly explaining the required investment, expected business potential, benefits, and responsibilities.
- Coordinate the LID appointment and onboarding process.
- Provide basic guidance regarding the required infrastructure, such as Tower, Network Equipment, Fiber, and other necessary installations at the LID's premises.
- Develop current markets and expand the company's LID network.
- Coordinate with prospective LIDs, the technical team, and the company's management.




- Conduct market surveys and generate current business leads.
- Support newly appointed LIDs during the initial stages of business development and customer acquisition.
- Work towards achieving the company's targets for LID appointments and network expansion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Distributor Appointment.
- Basic to good knowledge of Internet, Networking, Telecom, Broadband, Fiber, Wireless Networks, and related infrastructure.
- Experience in the ISP, Telecom, Broadband, Networking, or Distribution industry will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to explain technical and business concepts in a simple and effective manner.
- Self-motivated and capable of developing business in recent locations.
- Willingness to travel extensively, as required.
- Ability to coordinate effectively between customers, distributors, technical teams, and management.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
