About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Coordinator – General Trade (GT) to support and coordinate the Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for sales coordination, claims handling, MIS/report preparation, grievance management, and maintaining smooth communication between the field sales team and HO.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the GT Sales Team for day-to-day sales operations and requirements.
- Manage and process sales claims, ensuring proper documentation and timely closure.
- Handle and work efficiently on Field Assist Software.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, MIS, and management reports.
- Analyse sales data and provide relevant reports/insights to the management.
- Handle and resolve Sales Team grievances and operational issues in coordination with relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, claims, targets, achievements, and other sales-related data.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Dispatch, and other internal teams for smooth execution of sales processes.




- Follow up on pending claims, reports, and sales-related requirements.
- Support the Sales Team with required data, reports, and documentation.

Required Skills
- Mandatory experience with Field Assist Software.
- Hands-on experience in handling Sales Claims.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, etc.
- Excellent MIS and report preparation skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage Sales Team grievances and operational issues.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Eligibility
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG/General Trade.
- Only Male candidates will be considered.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in Field Assist Software + Claims Handling + Advanced Excel will be preferred.
