Sales Coordinator – Industrial / Chemical Division

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in customer coordination, order processing, quotations, documentation, logistics follow-up, and sales reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.

Coordinate with customers for orders, deliveries, and payments.

Follow up with logistics, operations, and finance teams.

Track shipments and delivery schedules.

Maintain sales records and prepare reports.

Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.





Support the sales team with client follow-ups and business development.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination/Sales Support.

Experience in industrial, manufacturing, chemical, or B2B companies preferred.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Solid follow-up and coordination skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.
