Manage and process retail and project sales orders through Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Inventory, ensuring accurate order creation and lifecycle completion.
- Review and validate sales orders created by the sales team and independently create orders in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with the accounts team to initiate Proforma Invoices (PI) and ensure smooth financial documentation.
- Handle client inquiries regarding product availability, specifications, and order status, ensuring timely responses and customer satisfaction.
- Provide operational support to the sales team by resolving system, order, and product-related queries.
- Track and close the sales cycle in ERP systems, ensuring accurate documentation and order completion.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics team for stock monitoring and material dispatch coordination.
- Conduct quarterly sales reporting and analysis, identifying trends and supporting sales forecasting.
- Monitor product version upgrades and changes, ensuring accurate information flow to sales teams and clients.
- Perform payment follow-ups with clients to ensure timely collections and maintain healthy cash flow.
- Use collaboration and productivity tools such as Zoho Sheet and Zoho Cliq for reporting, communication, and internal coordination.
