Role Description The Sales Coordinator internship at Bilvani is an on-site role based in Vadodara. The intern will support daily sales operations, including coordinating with retail staff, tracking customer orders, and assisting with inventory and product availability for the smart dispensing machines.

Responsibilities include engaging with customers, explaining product customization options, capturing customer requirements accurately, and ensuring smooth handoff from consultation to purchase.



The role also involves maintaining sales records, preparing basic reports, supporting promotional activities, and collaborating with the team to improve store processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to support day-to-day retail and process management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and Communication to engage customers, understand their needs, and deliver a positive in-store experience.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales skills to assist in driving conversions, upselling relevant products, and supporting promotional initiatives.
- Solid interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Interest in beauty, cosmetics, or BeautyTech, with willingness to learn about product formulations and personalization.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara for the duration of the internship; prior retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
