Role Description

- This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Sales Consultant role based in Jhandewalan, New Delhi.
- The role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their immigration needs, and presenting suitable visa and resettlement options.
- The consultant will conduct consultations, explain eligibility requirements, and guide clients through documentation and application steps.
- Daily activities include managing leads, following up with inquiries, and coordinating with internal processing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.




- The role also includes meeting sales targets, participating in outreach initiatives, and providing timely updates and support to clients throughout their immigration journey.

Qualifications

- Robust Sales Consulting skills with the ability to understand client needs and offer suitable immigration solutions.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus to ensure a high-quality, client-centered experience.
- Excellent Communication skills for explaining complex immigration processes clearly and professionally.
- Consulting abilities to analyze client profiles, assess eligibility, and provide informed recommendations.
- Proven experience in sales or consulting roles, preferably in immigration, education abroad, or related services.
- Ability to work on-site in Jhandewalan, meet targets, and manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in sales, counseling, or immigration services are an advantage.
