Sales Consultant – Freshers | Two-Wheeler Dealership

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Explain motorcycle models, features, specifications, pricing, and available variants.
- Explain basic financing and EMI options to customers.
- Coordinate and assist customers during test rides.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers through calls and messages.
- Convert enquiries and walk-in customers into sales.
- Maintain customer information and update lead status.
- Build positive relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Stay updated on motorcycle models, features, offers, and competitors.

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers with a graduate degree are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in retail,



automobile, showroom, customer service, or sales can also apply.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer-handling ability and a positive attitude.
- Genuine interest in motorcycles and the automotive industry.
- Basic understanding of two-wheelers and willingness to learn product specifications.
- Comfortable making follow-up calls and working with sales leads.
- Target-oriented, confident, and willing to work in a showroom workplace.
