What you’ll do
- Own inbound leads end to end: qualify, demo, quote, close
- Run discovery calls to understand what clients are building
- Convert free trials into paid plans with structured follow-up
- Handle Indian clients on WhatsApp and calls, international clients on email and chat
- Manage onboarding, usage reviews, upgrades and renewals
- Be the first line of support, escalate to engineering only when truly technical
- Track every lead and issue in Jira
- Spot at-risk accounts early and prevent churn
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, inside sales or customer success
- Fluent in Hindi and English, spoken and written
- Comfortable with technical products: can read API docs, use Postman, explain an API key or a 401 error
- Consultative, asks questions before pitching
- Disciplined with follow-ups
- Has personally owned a revenue number
- Can overlap with US or Europe hours 2 to 3 days a week
Bonus
- Sold or supported APIs, SDKs or developer tools
- Worked with Jira, Stripe or similar tools
- Handled both Indian and international accounts
