With over 19 years of industry experience, RTC provides end-to-end logistics solutions covering Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, and Multimodal Transportation, catering to diverse domestic and international logistics requirements.

Department: Sales / Business Development

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Air, Sea, and logistics services
- Generate leads and acquire current customers through cold calling, meetings, and networking
- Promote and present RTCs logistics solutions to potential clients




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth execution of shipments
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Sales / Business Development within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to build long-term business relationships
- Knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, and customs processes is preferred
- Self-motivated and target-driven
