We're building Pluribus — a decision intelligence platform now live in an Indian steel plant. Working product, paying pilot, clear market. We need someone who can open doors and run a pipeline without being taught how.

What you'd own:

- Build and drive the pipeline across Odisha's steel, sponge iron, cement and ferro alloy belt
- Prospect research and qualification — plant capacity, decision-makers, current systems
- Cold and warm outreach; get meetings with plant heads, EDs and owners
- Run early-stage conversations independently; bring the founder in to close
- Proposals, follow-ups, CRM discipline
- Industry-association and event engagement (SIMA and similar).

What we need:

- 2–3 years in B2B sales or business development — ideally industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure or enterprise software
- Proven ability to open cold doors and reach senior people.



If you've sold to plant owners or PSU decision-makers, that's exactly the profile
- Comfortable in a long-cycle, relationship-led sale — this isn't transactional
- Clear skilled communication; Odia and/or Hindi essential for plant-floor and promoter conversations
- Self-directed. You'll have support and product depth from the founder, but nobody managing your calendar
