JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Purely field-based sales role

Generate leads through cold calling & door-to-door meetings

Meet customers and explain product offerings

Follow up with leads and convert them into sales

Customer onboarding & product activation

Achieve monthly sales targets

ELIGIBILITY

Qualification: Minimum 10th / Diploma

Experience: Minimum 1 Year Sales Experience

Telecom Experience: Preferred

REQUIRED SKILLS

Field Sales / Direct Sales experience

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Target-driven and self-motivated





Knowledge of sales techniques & pipeline handling

Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage

SALARY & INCENTIVES

Maximum Take-Home: Up to 30,000/month

PLI: Up to 5,175/month

Additional Incentives: Performance-based
