Role Description The Sales Associate role at Bhama International is a full-time hybrid position based in India, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities.

The Sales

Associate will identify potential clients needing container leasing services, conduct outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, and maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include presenting leasing options, preparing basic proposals, coordinating with internal stakeholders on pricing and availability, and following up to close deals. The role also involves supporting customer onboarding,



ensuring clear communication about terms and conditions, and assisting with after-sales service to build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, explain offerings clearly, and build trust.
- Basic sales and negotiation abilities, including lead generation, follow-up, and deal closure.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, maintain records, and meet targets.
- Comfort with using email, phone, and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or similar systems).
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
- Prior experience in sales, logistics, leasing, or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Qualified attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn about container leasing and logistics.
