We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in generating leads, cultivating relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and individual homeowners, and driving business growth.

1. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation. Research and analyze market trends to identify potential clients. Site Visits – Ongoing projects in every area.

2. Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and individual homeowners. Conduct regular site visits to understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions. 3. Product Know how: Understand and know all of BuildDeli’s and Builddeli Pro’s products and services. Customize solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.

4. Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the company's presence in the market. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry developments.

5. Target Achievement:



Based on the project completion. Monitor and report on sales performance regularly.

6. Documentation: Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation. Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in the CRM system or Office documents

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Diploma Must own a bike and possess a valid driver's license. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil. 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry. Ability to work independently and meet set targets.

Salary and Benefits: Base salary of 20,000 INR per month. 5000 INR monthly allowance for transportation. Incentives of up to 45,000 INR based on achieving set targets. Flexible work arrangements. Professional development opportunities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
