About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, responsible and enthusiastic Sales Assistant & Social Media Marketing Executive to join our imitation jewellery business.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in the showroom as well as supporting our online marketing activities to reach customers across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to customers and assist them in selecting imitation jewellery.
- Explain product features, designs and prices to customers.
- Arrange and maintain jewellery displays in the showroom.
- Handle billing and basic inventory-related activities.
- Take good-quality photographs and videos of jewellery products using a mobile phone.
- Create and post content on Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Upload product photos, reels and promotional posts.
- Respond to customer enquiries received through WhatsApp and social media.
- Help increase online visibility and enquiries from customers across India.
- Maintain a neat and attractive showroom.




- Assist with packing and dispatching online orders when required.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Friendly and confident personality.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.
- Ability to take attractive product photos/videos using a smartphone.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design apps will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in jewellery sales, fashion retail, cosmetics or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills and interest in social media may also apply.
- Should be responsible, trustworthy and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
