Sales Executive

Going Highway Entertainers Pvt. Ltd. designs, builds and delivers exhibition stands and experiential technology for brands exhibiting at major trade shows in India and internationally. We're looking for a driven, personable Sales Executive to grow our client base and manage relationships with brands exhibiting at trade shows and exhibitions worldwide.

You'll own outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline building — working closely with the design and project teams to turn client briefs into won business.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to potential clients exhibiting at trade shows and exhibitions.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline from first contact through to closed deal, using CRM tools.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
- Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and messages to move them through the sales funnel.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to relay client requirements accurately and keep deals on track.
- Research prospective clients and industries participating in upcoming trade shows.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and sales activity.
- Represent the company at client meetings, site visits,



and industry events as needed.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, and client outreach.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Strong English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Prior experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (not mandatory).
- Interest in the events, exhibitions, or hospitality industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Comfortable balancing remote work with in-person client meetings.

Compensation & Work Conditions Experience: 0–2 years / Freshers with relevant skills may also apply.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid (mix of work from home and in-person client/office days)
