Role Description This full time remote role as a Sales and Service Specialist – Neuro Diagnostic Equipment involves managing end-to-end sales and service activities for neuro diagnostic devices. The specialist will identify and engage prospective customers, conduct product demonstrations, and provide pre- and post-sales support to healthcare facilities and professionals.

Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, coordinating installations, troubleshooting equipment issues, and escalating technical problems when needed. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of sales activities,



service calls, and training sessions, while collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Sales and Sales Management skills to drive business growth, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.

- Knowledge of or interest in medical/neuro diagnostic devices and healthcare workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Relevant educational background in science, engineering, healthcare, or business is preferred, along with prior experience in medical equipment sales or service.
