Job Responsibilities

- Lead and manage day-to-day sales and operational activities of the company.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert enquiries into successful project closures.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for seamless delivery.
- Oversee end-to-end project operations from onboarding to final handover.
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships and provide regular project updates.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Monitor team performance and provide leadership to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare sales reports, project status reports, and operational updates for management review.
- Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and issue resolution.




- Keep updated with market trends, interior industry developments, and competitor activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in Sales and Operations, preferably in Interior Design, Construction, or Real Estate industry.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
- Experience in handling residential and commercial interior projects.
- Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Candidate should be self-motivated, target-oriented, energetic, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in Interior Designing / Turnkey Interior Projects.
- Strong understanding of project execution and customer relationship management.
- Ability to manage teams and drive business growth effectively.
