Role Description

This is a full time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, primarily based in Chakan with flexibility for partial remote work. Responsibilities include building and managing customer relationships,



promoting and selling packaging solutions, conducting market research, and identifying business opportunities. The specialist will also train clients on product offerings, manage sales activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management
- Effective Communication and Customer Service capabilities
- Proficiency in Training and building rapport with clients
- Ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a hybrid setup
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or a similar industry is an advantage
