Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, in office position based in Tiruvalla. In this role, the specialist will promote ROMS N RAKS products and services, engage with pet parents, and drive sales within the store and local market. Daily responsibilities include interacting with customers, explaining product features and grooming services, managing sales inquiries, and supporting promotional campaigns both in-store and in the surrounding community.





The specialist will assist in implementing marketing initiatives, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and collecting customer feedback for service improvement. The role also involves coordinating with the grooming team, participating in training activities, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction and brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills and an understanding of Sales Management principles.
- Candidates should possess the ability to deliver Training related to products, services, and customer engagement.
- Candidates should ideally have familiarity with basic Marketing practices, retail operations, and brand promotion.
- Candidates should have good interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and enthusiasm for working with pets and pet parents.
- Previous experience in retail, pet care, or service-based industries is an advantage.
