Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and promoting PBP ECOAQUA’s solutions to corporate, hospitality, and institutional customers.

The specialist will conduct market research, develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns, prepare proposals and presentations, and participate in client meetings and product demonstrations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and supporting training activities for clients and team members on product features and benefits.



The role also includes contributing to brand awareness initiatives, attending industry events as needed, and providing feedback to improve sales strategies and marketing materials.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product and process training to customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should have basic Marketing skills, including market research, campaign support, and familiarity with digital channels.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in sustainability, packaging, beverages, or related industries, is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with proficiency in standard office software and CRM tools, are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in office in Chennai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, mission-driven environment is expected.
