Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for driving revenue growth and supporting brand visibility for Pankesh Tech. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, conducting product or service presentations, and following up with prospective and existing clients.

The role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating digital outreach efforts, preparing sales and marketing materials, and analyzing performance metrics.



The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, deliver high-quality customer service, and provide training or guidance to clients and colleagues on product offerings and best practices.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospects and clients.
- Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Background in Training and Sales Management to support team development and structured sales processes.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
