Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Bhubaneswar. The specialist will manage and grow client relationships, handle inquiries, and guide prospective buyers through the sales process for real estate and infrastructure projects. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, following up on leads, coordinating site visits,



and maintaining accurate sales records and reports.

The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with project goals, and providing training and product knowledge updates to colleagues as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet targets.
- Experience in Training related to sales processes, product knowledge, or customer engagement techniques.
- Prior exposure to real estate or infrastructure sectors is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
