Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will support MNA Medicare Clinics by driving patient acquisition, promoting services, and strengthening the clinic’s brand presence. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating outreach programs, and managing clinic-level promotions. The specialist will engage with patients and community partners, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services and health programs.





Daily responsibilities include tracking lead conversion, preparing reports on marketing and sales performance, collaborating with clinical and administrative teams, and supporting training sessions related to service offerings and patient engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and community partners.
- Proven Sales experience, with the ability to meet targets and support growth of clinic services.
- Experience in Sales Management, including pipeline tracking, reporting, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver Training related to services, patient education, and outreach initiatives.
- Background in healthcare marketing, hospital or clinic business development, or related fields is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline preferred.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM or lead management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting.
