Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting Aqua Technic’s services, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The specialist will develop and execute marketing campaigns, support brand visibility, and collaborate with design and project teams to align client expectations with service offerings.

Daily activities include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, maintaining CRM records, and tracking sales and marketing performance metrics.



The role also involves coordinating training or product/service demonstrations for clients, gathering market feedback, and contributing to strategies that drive business growth in the region.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and build lasting relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to manage pipelines, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver clear presentations, product/service overviews, and client education sessions.
- Relevant experience in sales or marketing within architecture, construction, real estate, or related industries is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad, travel for client meetings as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic digital marketing practices is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field is an advantage, or equivalent professional experience.
