We're Hiring | Sales & Marketing Executive – Engineering Industry

Gujarat Machinery Works (GMW) is looking for a mature, experienced, and self-driven professional to join our growing team.

If you enjoy being on the shop floor, meeting manufacturers, understanding engineering products, and building long-term customer relationships, we'd love to connect.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit OEMs and engineering factories across Gujarat and nearby regions.
- Introduce and market GMW's CI, SGI, MS, and SS casting solutions.
- Study customers' products and identify the type and grade of castings being used.
- Understand manufacturing processes and identify new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with purchase, production, and design teams.
- Coordinate logistics, dispatch, and timely delivery of customer orders.
- Act as the bridge between customers, foundries, and the management team.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has 5+ years of experience in industrial sales, engineering products, castings, foundries, or machine components.
- Has a solid understanding of CI (Cast Iron),



SGI (Spheroidal Graphite Iron), MS (Mild Steel), and SS (Stainless Steel) castings.
- Can understand engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Is fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, and English with solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for reporting, quotations, and customer management.
- Is proactive, disciplined, professional, and takes complete ownership of their work.
- Holds a valid driving license and is willing to travel regularly.
