Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, managing existing client relationships, and promoting the full range of industrial adhesive tape products. The representative will conduct market research, generate leads, prepare and deliver product presentations, and support customers with technical information related to tape applications.





Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams on pricing and deliveries, tracking sales performance, and contributing to marketing campaigns, digital outreach, and promotional activities. The role also includes providing post-sales support, gathering customer feedback, and assisting in training sessions or product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to drive revenue growth and support promotional initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Training capabilities to support product demonstrations and customer education when needed.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in B2B industrial or manufacturing sectors, particularly in packaging or adhesive products.
- Candidates should have proficiency in basic business software (CRM tools, spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort with digital marketing channels.
- Candidates should demonstrate goal-oriented thinking, negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with a willingness to travel for client visits.
