About the Role We are a fast-growing Bangalore-based real estate services company specializing in Turnkey Construction Projects and Bespoke Home Interiors. We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Marketing Manager to build and scale our marketing engine.

If you have a proven track record of generating qualified leads in the construction/interior design ecosystem, master up-to-date digital marketing funnels, and have the leadership skills to build a high-performing team, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Campaign Strategy: Design and execute high-ROI multi-channel marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Search/Performance Max, and local platforms to drive inbound inquiries for turnkey construction and home interior projects.
- Digital & Content Marketing: Oversee website SEO, social media storytelling (site walkthroughs, client transformations, architecture showcases), and email marketing funnels.
- Brand Positioning & Local Marketing: Enhance brand presence across Bangalore through targeted B2B/B2C activations, channel partner networks (architects, developers, real estate agents), and on-site branding.
- Team Building & Leadership: Hire, mentor,



and lead an in-house marketing and creative team while managing external agency and vendor relationships.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track CAC, CPL, lead-to-conversion rates, and marketing attribution; optimize budgets based on data-backed insights.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in marketing, with demonstrable experience in Home Interiors, Real Estate, or Construction/Architecture services.
- Digital Acumen: Deep understanding of current digital marketing tools, paid acquisition strategies, attribution tracking, and social media trends.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Kannada/local languages is a strong plus for vendor and partner interactions.
- Leadership: Proven ability to build, manage, and motivate a team from the ground up.
- Mindset: Highly driven, career-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment.
