Sales & Marketing Manager – Monotech Engineers

Experience: 3–5 years

Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000/month

Job Responsibilities

- Develop new customers and business opportunities for industrial machinery.
- Handle B2B sales, lead generation, customer visits, and order closures.
- Promote Monotech products including Press Brakes, Shearing Machines, Hydraulic Presses, Plate Rolling Machines, Laser Cutting Machines, Panel Benders, Baling Presses, and Industrial Magnets.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors.




- Coordinate with technical, production, and service teams.

Requirements
- Graduate / Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–5 years of experience in a machine manufacturing company is mandatory.
- Experience in industrial/B2B machinery sales preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.

Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000 + performance incentives. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
