Job Summary

Meridian Inn Hotel is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the hotel's sales and marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for driving room, banquet, restaurant, and other hotel revenue by developing new business opportunities, maintaining corporate relationships, promoting the hotel, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, event organizers, and other business segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Promote hotel rooms, restaurants, banquet facilities, events, and other services.
- Conduct regular corporate and client visits to generate business.
- Identify new markets and potential customer segments.
- Handle corporate enquiries, group bookings, events, conferences, and other business leads.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations for clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed business.
- Maintain a database of corporate clients and sales prospects.
- Coordinate with Front Office, F&B;, Banquet, Reservations, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of confirmed business.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns,



hotel offers, and local marketing activities.
- Manage the hotel's online presence and coordinate with digital marketing agencies/platforms when required.
- Explore opportunities through social media, local partnerships, corporate tie-ups, and other marketing channels.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, business meetings, and industry events to promote the hotel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to management.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective action when required.
- Ensure proper follow-up and collection coordination for corporate accounts.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive relationship with clients.
- Support management in achieving overall business and revenue objectives.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in hotel sales and marketing or hospitality business development is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,434.22 - ₹53,291.99 per month
