Hiring: Manager – Sales & Marketing | Aureole Pharma

Location: Thane, Mumbai

Experience: 9–10+ years

Qualification: MBA Marketing with B.Pharm / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Mechanical background

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team.
- Develop sales strategies and analyze market trends.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure.
- Handle quotations, work orders and sales documentation.
- Drive marketing & promotional activities and exhibitions.
- Handle customer relationships and business development.
- Experience in Pharma / Pharma Equipment such as Stability, Lab Equipment, Autoclaves and Pharma Equipment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Solid communication, interpersonal and MS Office skills.

Team Handling: Experience managing a team of around 8–10 members preferred. Interested candidates can share their updated CV.
