Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities across relevant biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, research, laboratory, industrial, and institutional markets.
- Generate leads through customer visits, references, exhibitions, conferences, digital platforms, networking, and other business-development channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, meetings, and commercial negotiations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, a related field.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing / Business Development will be an added advantage.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, life sciences, laboratory products, scientific equipment, or related industries.
