Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support day-to-day activities related to lead generation, client outreach, and campaign execution for Creactive Media’s digital services. This full-time, on-site role in the Pune Division involves assisting with sales presentations, preparing marketing material, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up with prospects and existing clients. The intern will help manage social media and digital marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and prepare reports to inform sales and marketing strategies.





Additional responsibilities include participating in client meetings, supporting customer inquiries, and contributing to training sessions or workshops for prospects and current clients. The role offers hands-on exposure to sales processes and digital marketing practices in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and team members.
- Customer Service skills to support client needs, respond to inquiries, and maintain positive relationships.
- Sales skills to assist in lead generation, prospecting, and presenting services to potential clients.
- Training and Sales Management exposure or interest to help with sales enablement activities and team coordination.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
