About the Role

Pearls IT Hub is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in business development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential leads.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Promote and effectively communicate company services to prospective customers.
- Manage sales enquiries, lead follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Meet assigned sales and business development targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication and service delivery.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and overall business growth.

Candidate Requirements





- 1 year of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media is an added advantage.
