Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage customer interactions through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate cost sheets and estimates for clients based on their requirements.
- Conduct field work to gather information about potential projects and negotiate deals with customers.
- Provide excellent after-sales service by resolving client queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in external sales or related field.
- Robust skills in enquiry generation, estimation, negotiation, and costing (cost sheet).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
