We are looking for a skilled, automation-focused SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer to design, build, and optimize our enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will go beyond configuring out-of-the-box features and actively extend the platform using custom scripting, event-driven orchestration, integrations, and APIs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between identity security governance and software engineering.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and optimize SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.
- Develop custom automation using Java, PowerShell, and Python.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, OAuth, SOAP, and JDBC.
- Develop event-driven workflows and orchestration to automate identity and access processes.
- Configure and troubleshoot identity profiles, mappings, provisioning, and synchronization.
- Analyze and resolve integration, data mapping, and identity synchronization issues.
- Extend ISC capabilities through custom scripts and API-based solutions.
- Collaborate with IAM, security, application, and engineering teams to implement IGA solutions.
- Support ongoing optimization and enhancement of the enterprise identity governance ecosystem.




- Participate in IdentityIQ (IIQ) to ISC migration activities, where applicable.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 3–5 years of overall Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Strong programming and scripting skills in Java, PowerShell, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, OAuth, SOAP, and JDBC integrations.
- Robust understanding of IAM, IGA, identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and access governance.
- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Strong understanding of data mapping, identity profiles, synchronization, and integration troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills
- SailPoint Certified Identity Security Cloud Engineer/Professional certification.
- Experience migrating SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Experience with event-driven orchestration and identity automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
