About Position:

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer to deliver high-quality outcomes in the Security Practice. The role requires strong domain expertise, collaboration with stakeholders, and ownership of assigned responsibilities.

What You'll Do:

- Interact with customers and understand IAM requirements and existing business processes
- Design IM infrastructure, complex business processes and integrations
- Prepare high level and low level design documents
- Translate architecture specifications to low-level component design and identify IGA customizations for implementation Assume ownership of IGA (Identity Access Governance) system integration and work closely with teams to complete development and customization tasks
- Collaborate with various teams, including IT security, network operations, system administrators, and application owners on systems integration tasks, dependencies, and troubleshooting issues
- Assign and review work packets delivered by the team

Expertise You'll Bring:

- SailPoint IIQ (v8.4 / v8.3)
- Relevant hands-on experience aligned to the stated experience range: Between 5 to 8 Years.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cooperative, customer-focused delivery environments.
- Educational background:



Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience
