Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using SailPoint IIQ and Java.
2. Configure workflows, provisioning rules, and connectors for various enterprise applications.
3. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for implementation.
4. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize the SailPoint IIQ platform to ensure its functionality, scalability, and security.
5. Conduct periodic upgrades, patches, and fixes while providing comprehensive documentation and end-user training.

Requirements

1. 8+ years of solid experience in Java development, with a strong focus on SailPoint IIQ.
2. Expertise in designing and managing identity governance solutions, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and certifications.
3. Hands-on experience in implementing SailPoint frameworks, such as IdentityIQ, Lifecycle Manager, and Compliance Manager.
4.



Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address business and technical challenges effectively.
5. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or a related field, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
