We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Software Developer with hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and basic to intermediate knowledge of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). The ideal candidate will support the design, development, configuration, testing, and maintenance of identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions. This role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced identity and access management environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities SailPoint Development Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, customization, and support of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions.
- Configure and maintain SailPoint IIQ components such as:
o Applications and Connectors o Aggregations o Identity Mappings o Roles and Access Profiles o Certifications o Lifecycle Events o Workflows o Policies and Rules o Provisioning and Deprovisioning Processes
- Develop and maintain SailPoint rules using Java and BeanShell
. • Support integration activities with enterprise applications, directories, databases, and HR systems.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving identity-related incidents and defects.
- Assist in SailPoint ISC onboarding, access management, and governance activities.
- Contribute to testing activities including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing. • Support deployment and migration activities across development, QA, and production environments.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures. Identity Governance & Security Responsibilities
- Support identity lifecycle management activities including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes.
- Participate in access certification campaigns and entitlement reviews.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and improve identity governance processes and controls.
Required Technical Skills SailPoint
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
- Good understanding of:
o Identity Lifecycle Management o Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
o Access Certifications o Provisioning and Deprovisioning o Identity Governance concepts
- Basic knowledge of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
- Exposure to application onboarding and connector configurations.
Development Skills
- Knowledge of Java programming.
- Understanding of BeanShell scripting.
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with XML, JSON, SQL, and LDAP concepts.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
. • SailPoint IdentityIQ training or certification is a plus.
- Exposure to SailPoint ISC implementation or administration
. • Knowledge of IAM/IGA concepts and cybersecurity fundamentals.
