- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts/conditions.

- Ensure proper use of PPE such as helmets, safety shoes, gloves, safety harnesses, etc.

- Monitor high-risk activities such as work at height, scaffolding, excavation, lifting operations, hot work, and electrical work.

- Conduct Toolbox Talks (TBT), safety inductions, and safety training for workers.

- Implement and monitor Permit to Work (PTW) systems.

- Prepare and maintain safety records, inspection reports, checklists, and incident reports.

- Ensure proper barricading, signage, housekeeping, access/egress, and emergency arrangements.

- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and workers to close safety observations and non-conformities.

- Investigate incidents/near misses and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

- Promote a solid safety culture and zero-accident approach across the construction site.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
