Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Identity Platform Engineer (SailPoint) to design, implement, and automate enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions, with a strong focus on scalable identity platforms and lifecycle automation.

Job Details

- Position: Identity Platform Engineer (SailPoint)
- Location: Hyderabad, India – Office-based, 5 Days/Week
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Experience: 5–8 Years
- Relocation: Outstation candidates are welcome
- Budget: Up to ₹20 LPA

Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise IAM engineering experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint, including Connectors, Rules, Transforms, Workflows, and Policies.
- Strong experience in Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) automation.
- Experience with application onboarding, RBAC, Birthright Access, and Request-based Access.
- Hands-on experience with provisioning and deprovisioning across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and enterprise applications.
- Robust understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and directory synchronization.
- Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Current/Last CTC should be ₹11 LPA or above.

Preferred Requirements
- Experience creating technical runbooks, knowledge repositories, and enterprise identity engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Design,



develop, and maintain enterprise IAM & IGA platforms.
- Configure and manage SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory.
- Build automated JML workflows and provisioning architectures.
- Integrate applications using APIs, SCIM, LDAP, and Web Services.
- Configure and manage SSO using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
- Implement RBAC, identity governance policies, and audit/compliance controls.
- Develop custom SailPoint workflows, rules, and transforms using Java, Python, or PowerShell.
- Collaborate with HR, Security, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Application Owners.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
- Troubleshoot identity platform issues and drive effective root-cause resolution.
