Role Description The Safety Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Patna. This role is responsible for overseeing workplace safety practices, conducting regular site inspections, and ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

The Safety

Supervisor will develop and deliver safety training programs, maintain safety documentation and incident records, and support risk assessments and mitigation plans. Daily responsibilities include monitoring adherence to safety procedures, coordinating with project and operations teams on safety requirements, investigating accidents or near-miss incidents, and recommending corrective actions.



The role also involves promoting a proactive safety culture, engaging with employees at all levels, and supporting continuous improvement in safety performance.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices, with the ability to apply regulations and standards on-site.
- Experience in Safety Engineering, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and implementation of control measures.
- Proficiency in Safety Training, including developing training materials and delivering sessions to diverse employee groups.
- Skills in Accident Investigation, incident reporting, and root cause analysis to support corrective and preventive actions.
- Relevant degree or diploma in engineering, occupational health and safety, or a related discipline; professional certifications in safety are an advantage.
- Ability to interpret safety regulations, prepare clear reports, and communicate safety requirements effectively to teams.
- Experience in industrial, construction, or engineering project environments is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in coordination with cross-functional teams.
